What is Parkrat
Parkrat comes from Powder Mills Park in Rochester,N.Y. .During our high school years in Pittsford N.Y. the park was our living room.Being the 70's a lot of good things went down there mostly illegal.When several friends were "detained" after a misunderstanding at a local bar one summer night the judge asked if we were "Parkrats" hence the name.

Dude ... didn't Parkrat come from the judge JK had to go see after he rolled his sister's car in Powder Mill Park?
Maybe you're right.I thought it was the judge in the Thirstys Five case but I'd forgotten we all went to court the night of J.K'S appearance.We spent a lot of time going to town court.It's a wonder we had time to get in trouble.
